Full Wedding Planning starts at €4,000
My planning fee covers the agreed planning and coordination services. Your venue, suppliers and other wedding expenses are budgeted separately.
Every celebration is different, so your personalised proposal reflects the destination, guest count, logistics and level of support required. For multi-day celebrations, we'll also define which events are included.
Questions Before We Begin
Can we have a civil, symbolic or church ceremony?
Yes, foreign couples can legally marry in Italy. I'll guide you through the requirements and coordinate the local arrangements.
How involved IN PLANNING will we be?
As involved as you want to be in the creative decisions. You'll choose what matters to you, with carefully selected options.
When should we get in touch TO START PLANNING?
Ideally, as soon as you have a destination or possible date in mind. You don't need a finished vision before we begin.
Do we need to choose a venue before contacting you?
No. Finding your venue is part of full wedding planning. If you’ve already booked one, we'll start from there.
When is the best time to get married in Italy?
Each season offers something different, but the best months are April - June and September - October.
How much does an intimate wedding in Italy cost?
I generally recommend allowing around €1,000 per guest as a starting budget guideline.
