From the flowers and table settings to the food and music, I help you choose details you love and plan a day you and your guests can enjoy from start to finish.
Preparation times, supplier arrivals, transfers and the movement between locations all need to work together. I develop the schedule and coordinate the arrangements.

Full Wedding Planning starts at €3,500
This is the fee for my planning and coordination service. Your venue, suppliers and other wedding expenses are budgeted separately.
Your proposal reflects the destination, number of events, logistics and scope of support required. We discuss these together before I prepare your personalised quotation. For multi-day celebrations, the proposal will specify which events are included and how each will be supported.
Questions Before We Begin
Can we have a civil, symbolic or church ceremony?
Yes, foreign couples can legally marry in Italy. I'll guide you through the requirements and coordinate the local arrangements.
How involved IN PLANNING will we be?
You choose your venue, suppliers and style. I find suitable options, explain the details and manage the arrangements.
When should we get in touch TO START PLANNING?
As soon as you have a possible date, season or destination in mind. You don’t need a completed brief.
Do we need to choose a venue before contacting you?
No. Finding your venue is part of full planning. If you’ve already booked one, tell me what’s arranged and we’ll discuss.
When is the best time to get married in Italy?
Italy is beautiful year-round, but the best months are April - June and September - October.
How much does an intimate wedding PLANNING cost?
The planning fee starts from 3500eur depending on the destination, guest count and experience you're imagining.
